Note: both have no name.  The datasheet confusingly refers to the 4021
CHIPSet  as consisting  of  the  4021 CHIPSet  and  4025 CHIPSet,  i.e
recursive terminology.

This is also  compatible with the Wingine chipset.  When combined with
Wingine this becomes the CS4000 chipset.
